Susan has 20 years experience in sales and customer experience in her career as management consultant.  She worked for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, Shanghai and Amsterdam before switching to real estate in 2016.

Within a timeframe of 5 years she grew the Beachscape short-term and holiday rental business from scratch to a thriving portfolio of more than 50 properties along the Port Macquarie coastline, focusing on the medium and luxury market segment. The current portfolio in 2024 is 100+ properties. Susan’s different approach and philosophy, focusing on needs and expectations, has helped to transform many ordinary rental homes into thriving homes with high rental yields. Beachscape achieves consistent satisfaction ratings of 4.8 out of 5, the only agent with Airbnb Superhost status in the Port Macquarie region.  

Susan makes things easy for both property owners and tenants / holiday guests / sellers, property investors and buyers. Flexibility, convenience and excellent value underpin all business activities.  Beachscape Property focuses on Sales and Long term leases, It was launched in July 2021, Susan and team have achieved great results for all parties involved in the property transactions, with more amazing properties in the pipeline.

Susan is energetic, dedicated and has strong professional track record in achieving results in challenging situations. In her spare time, she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, exploring new areas and tasting the culinary flavours of the world. She has lived in Bonny Hills since 2014.
