- Our focus in property management is the medium market segment and high-quality luxury rentals. Short-term and holiday rentals are managed via our SOLscape division. Long-term leases are managed under Beachscape Property.

Beachscape Property was launched in August 2021 to complement our holiday renting division mySOLscape, allowing us to serve our clients and our community better with all their real estate needs. Susan and the SOLscape team never promoted themselves as ‘agents’, yet we are fully licensed qualified agents, and have been around since 2016 and have achieved many successes. We are the local market leader in luxury rentals and consistently achieve raving client satisfaction results and business referrals.
